Policy and Protocols for Covid-19

The safety and wellbeing of our staff and guests is paramount. In response to the coronavirus outbreak, our policy position is to follow the protocols and meet the standards created for tour operators by the relevant authority.

Our tours are for individuals and private groups only. You will only be with your guide and members of your own family or group, never mixed with another party. Our private tours keep people away from crowds.

• Each vehicle is sanitised by the guide after every transfer and tour with special attention given to high use areas such as door handles. Guides follow licensing authority and national Covid-19 regulations for cleaning their vehicles and maintaining air-conditioning systems

• All our drivers will frequently wash and sanitise hands throughout the day.

• Hand sanitisers and wipes will be available in each vehicle for exclusive use of guests.

• Face masks and gloves will be provided on each vehicle but guests are welcome to bring their own.

• When the group leave the vehicle at any time the guide will remind them to socially distance from others.

• Guides will ensure they are familiar with the most up-to-date public health guidelines and will adhere to these for the duration of the tour.

• Guides will avoid shaking hands or any other physical contact with clients. Guides will maintain government-recommended social distancing between themselves and clients at all times.

• Guides are experts in the tourist sites they visit with clients. Guides will ensure they are fully aware of sites' specific Covid-19 requirements and comply with them.

• We may collect contact information from our guests for contact tracing purposes only – this data will not be used for any other purposes.

• Our itineraries and routes may be modified to avoid crowds and public transport. We may need to re-route your itinerary at the last minute if there is unexpected crowding at one of the stops.
